I hope that it only takes one idea to start something worthwhile and so with that in mind… 

I wanted to ask my readers and followers what they thought about the concept of a “mask day” which would symbolize how Autoimmune sufderers and “invisible illnesses” often wear a mask to disguise how we are really feeling to the rest of the world. 

I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback.
